Description

Nos 26 to 30 on St Leonard's Terrace are a terrace of houses built around 1765. The buildings are three storeys high with dormers, except for No 28 which has four storeys and No 26 which has five storeys and no dormers. No 26 features three windows, while the others have two. The houses are constructed of brick and topped with a slated roof. Nos 27, 29, and 30 have a cornice band below the parapet and a band at the first-floor sills. The windows have square heads, and the wood doorcases are adorned with pilasters, panelled reveals, and soffits, along with open bracketed pediments; some of these doorcases feature patterned fanlights, except for No 28. Wrought iron railings complete the exterior.
