Description
This is a late 18th century house of four storeys plus a basement, situated on Smith Street. It has two windows. The house is constructed of brick with a stucco finish extending down to the spring line of the semi-circular recessed ground floor windows. First floor windows are accentuated by iron balconies. A patterned fanlight is set within the segmental arch above the door, which is located in an extension to the side of the building.
