Description

The caretaker's house at Latimer AP Academy, located 23 metres to the right of the main block, dates from the later 19th century. It is constructed of yellow brick with red dressings and features a tiled roof. The building has two storeys and includes one window facing the road, which has a half-dormer above it. The window is a sash type with small panes and glazing bars. This house is included as part of a group with the main school building.
