GV II House, formerly Holy Trinity Clergy House. 1877, by R Norman Shaw. Red brick, painted stone dressings. Two storeys and dormers. Three main bays. Mullioned windows to ground floor, two-light and three-light. First floor windows segmental headed, 3 lights, flush casements and timber mullions and transom. Three dormer windows, two left hand ones amalgamated. Each of 3 lights with casements, and moulded timber cornices. Brick cornice to eaves. Entrance to left, in ogeed segmental arch with moulded jambs.
