First floor ornamented consoles, open balustrade. First floor windows with Ionic columns and dentil pediments. Second floor windows segmental pediments. Deep sills. Vitruvian scroll band over second floor windows;cornices on consoles. Fourth floor windows framed between giant consoles with bearded masked faces, cornice above. Spiked globes to parapet.
