Description
Nos 50 and 54 on Southwood Lane, built around 1800, are three-storey buildings featuring four windows. They are constructed of stock brick and have a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The ground floor is banded rusticated stucco. The upper section has a raised slated mansard roof with a dormer on the left side. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are set in stucco-lined reveals and are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The ground floor includes a projecting centre section with a passageway that provides access to No 50. No 54 features a half-glazed door with a rectangular fanlight. These buildings are included for their group value, along with Nos 24 to 50 (even) and No 54.
