Description

Trafalgar Cottage is an early 19th-century pair of houses located on the south side of Fortis Green, N2. Each house is two storeys tall and features two windows with set-back extensions. They are constructed of grey brick and have a low-pitched hipped slate roof with an eaves soffit. The sash windows are adorned with gauged flat brick arches and glazing bars, while there is a stucco band at the first floor. Number 91 has a four-panel door with a plain fanlight, and its set-back right extension may be original, although there is a modern garage in front. The cottages are included for their group value, as they form a cohesive architectural group with Nos 83 to 97 (odd).
