Description
This is an early to mid-19th century pair of buildings, located on the south side of Fortis Green. Each building is two storeys and an attic, with a central gabled section featuring one window, and two-storey set-back entrance sections with parapets. Bands run along the first floor and eaves. All five floors incorporate central, blank arched recesses with an impost band. The windows are recessed sash windows with glazing bars. Number 87 has a modern glazed porch, which includes a six-panel door, and a garage extension on the right side. Number 89 features a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight under a modern glazed hood, alongside a double garage on the left. Numbers 83 to 97 (odd numbers) are considered a group.
