Description
No. 3 Aden Grove is an early to mid-19th century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement and features two windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a stucco frieze, a dentil cornice, and a blocking course. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with moulded architraves and bracketed cills. The first-floor windows are topped with cornices, while the ground-floor windows feature pilasters and entablatures. The entrance door consists of two long panels and is topped with a cornice head and a rectangular fanlight. This door is located in a slightly projecting left extension that has a Doric porch accessed by six steps. At the back, there is a raised roof light that illuminates the hall.
