Description

Ye Olde Dr Butler's Head Public House is likely an early 19th-century building that has been altered over time. It features an irregular shape and is constructed of yellow brick, rising three storeys with dormers behind an altered parapet. The front has two wide windows set under segmental arches. The ground floor is set forward and has altered shop fronts, which are probably from the mid-19th century. Plain pilasters support the structure and feature carved drops that may be of an earlier date. A modern fanlight is present, and the rear of the building has been rebuilt.
