Probably early C19, altered. Irregular building of yellow brick, 3 storeys plus dormers behind altered parapet. 2 wide windows under segmental arches etc. Ground storey set forward with altered shop fronts, probably mid C19. Plain pilasters bear carved drops possibly of earlier date. Modern fanlight. Rear rebuilt.
