Description
No. 103 Cannon Street, built in 1866, is a four-storey building designed by F. Jameson, featuring Portland stone construction. It is designed in the Byzantine style and includes some carved decorations and mouldings. The ground storey has an arcade supported by shafts of polished pink granite. The second and third storeys are adorned with two-light windows. A corbelled cornice adds to the architectural detail. The basement windows are fitted with iron grilles. The rear of the building is plain, made of yellow brick, and has round arched windows along with a parapet at the roof.
