Description
Nos 162 and 164 on Bishopsgate, dated 1885, were designed by G. Vulliamy and feature an elaborate Tudor gothic style. The building is constructed of red brick and Portland stone, rising four storeys with an additional two storeys in a tiled roof. The ground floor has four arches, and there is a prominent central gable with stone dormers on either side, connected by a balustrade. The exterior is adorned with carved ornamentation and finials. Originally, this building served as a fire station.
