Description
Nos 12 and 13 Devonshire Square are a pair of attractive mid-18th century houses, each with four storeys plus a basement and four windows. They are constructed of yellow brick, featuring painted bands and a cornice below the top storey. Both houses have identical doorways adorned with engaged Ionic columns and pediments. No 12 has a slated roof, while No 13 has a tiled roof. There is a lead rainwater-head and area railings. Notably, No 13 includes a good timber staircase.
