Description
This building, located to the east of the entrance to the Port of London Authority's Warehouses, dates from around 1800. It is three storeys tall, plus a basement, and features a slated mansard roof. The facade has three windows and is constructed of yellow brick with painted dressings. The entrance includes an arched door with a fanlight and voussoirs. Above the entrance, there is a cornice with a brick parapet. On either side of the building, there are screen walls that have segmental arched carriageways, along with a cornice and blocking.
