Description
No. 15 Abchurch Lane is a building from 1914, designed by Campbell Jones. It has a stone-faced exterior and stands three stories tall, with a basement and a later addition of a glazed brick attic. The building features three bays, with a two-bay wing that projects to the left. The windows throughout are segment-headed and have console keystones. The ground floor windows have blocked surrounds and are set into a rusticated wall face, which is finished with a plain cill band at the first floor. The windows on the first and second floors are separated by aprons that are decorated with swags and urns. There is a plain crossing cornice, and the front door, which is also segment-headed, has a consoled hood above it, located in the projecting wing.
