Description
No. 87 Moorgate is a terraced house with a later shop, dating from the early 19th century. It is constructed of red brick with stucco dressings and has four storeys with two windows. The ground floor features a shopfront from the late 20th century, while the upper floors are adorned with architraved sash windows. A stucco string course runs at the second floor level, and there is a main cornice at the third floor level, along with a cornice and blocking course. This building is included for its group value.
