Terraced house. c1720. Brownbrick, tuckpointed, with red brick dressings. Tiled mansard roof with dormers. 3 storeys, attic and basement. 3 windows. Ionic pilasters at flanks rising full height of building with architrave and pulvinated frieze above pilasters only and continuous dentil cornice. Wood doorcase with segmental headed oblong fanlight, panelled reveals, pilasters on rusticated surrounds, consoles and dentil cornice with segmental pediment and panelled door. Red brick segmental arches to recessed sashes. Parapet.

INTERIOR: not inspected but noted to retain original panelling; staircase with open string, carved brackets, column newel and turned balusters.
