Description
This is a terrace of three houses located on the north-west side of Great Queen Street, dating from around 1710. The houses are built of brown brick with red brick cornices below the parapets, and a moulded brick band runs along the second floor. The roofs are tiled, with the exception of No. 33, which has a slate roof, and incorporate dormers. Each house has three storeys and attics, and originally featured three windows each. The windows have red brick dressings and segmental arches, although the windows in Nos. 34 and 35 were replaced in the 20th century. Modern shopfronts are present. No. 33 has a 20th-century reproduction of an earlier 19th-century shopfront with a bow front. The original house doorway features a fanlight and panelled door. The interior of the houses contains good panelling and a staircase with a closed string, turned balusters, column newels, and a moulded handrail.
