Description
Nos. 14 and 15 New Square are two sets of chambers located in a single block, built around 1927 in the Neo-Georgian style. The building features red brick construction beneath a hipped tile roof with dormers. It has two storeys and an attic, with three windows facing the Square, four windows on the south side, and six windows on the north side. The entrances are located on the east and south sides, each framed by wooden architraved doorcases that have console-bracketed cornices and segmental, broken pediments; the doorcase on the east side is topped with a ball. The doors are panelled, and the windows are flush framed sash types. A stone plaque on the west front is inscribed with "TC EET 1927." The interiors have not been inspected.
