Description

This is a detached house dating from the late 18th century or early 19th century, with later alterations. It is located behind number 31 Highgate High Street and accessed via a vehicle entrance to number 31. The house is constructed of brown brick, with a tiled mansard roof topped with dormers. It has three storeys, an attic, and a basement. The front façade features three windows, with the central windows being blind. A round-arched doorway contains a panelled door and fanlight. Recessed tripartite sash windows are framed by segmental arches. A parapet tops the building. The interior has not been inspected.
