Description
Number 24 is a detached house built around 1840, featuring stuccoed brick with a channelled design on the ground floor and a slate roof with end stacks. The house is two windows wide, with a central door, creating a symmetrical appearance. It stands two storeys tall, raised over a basement. The ground floor has later 19th-century sash windows set in round-arched openings, which are accented by channelled voussoirs. The doorcase is similarly styled, with an original panelled door accessed by steps that are complemented by attractive railings. The interiors have not been inspected. This property is part of a group with the more elaborate houses at Nos 20-22 and Nos 26-28.
