Detached house. c1840. Stuccoed brick, channelled to ground floor, slate roof with end stacks. 2 windows wide set either side of central door in symmetrical composition, 2 storeys raised over basement. Later C19 sash windows, those to ground floor in round-arched openings under channelled voussoirs; doorcase similarly treated, with original panelled door reached by steps with good railings. INTERIORS not inspected. Forms a group with the more elaborate Nos 20-22 and Nos 26-28 (qqv).
