Description

A pair of houses dating to around 1845, located on the west side of Leverton Street in Camden. The houses are constructed of stuccoed brick, with a roof hidden behind parapets. Each house is one window wide and two rooms deep, arranged over two storeys. The stucco is coursed, featuring projecting end pilasters and a first-floor band, with a moulded cornice visible on number 3. The windows are sash windows with margin lights, set within moulded architrave surrounds. The first-floor windows have console bracketed cornices and anthemion cast-iron embellishments to the sills. Number 1 retains its original front door, while number 3 has a door to the side, both with square toplights. The interiors have not been inspected.
