Description
This is a house located at 1A Leverton Place, dating from the early 18th century and altered over time. It is constructed of brown brick, which has been partly refaced, and features red brick dressings along with a channelled stucco ground floor. The building stands three storeys tall and has three windows. The doorway is framed by pilaster jambs and includes a fanlight with margin glazing above a panelled door. The windows are slightly recessed and have segmental arches with exposed boxing. A plain stucco band runs along the first floor, while plain brick bands are present at the second floor level and below the parapet. The interior retains some original features. The property was formerly known as No. 304 Kentish Town Road, which is now a late 20th-century shop that occupies the left-hand ground floor of No. 1A Leverton Place.
