This is a 17th century timber-framed and plastered house located approximately 20 yards northeast of Nos 5 and 6, known as Hainault Cottage. The building has been divided into two tenements and features two storeys. It has casement windows and a thatched roof, which includes one red brick square chimney stack. The house, along with Hainault Cottage and Tudor Cottage, forms a group.
