Description
Trinity Place is a pair of cottages built around 1870. They are two storeys high, featuring a front made of black flint, some of which is knapped, while the sides and rear are constructed from rubble flint. The cottages have a red brick dentil cornice, rusticated red brick quoins, and window surrounds. The roof is covered with black glazed pantiles and there is an internal chimney stack. The early 20th-century windows are three-light casements with small panes at the top and flush frames, and the surrounds have arched heads. The doors are made of planks. There is a near-contemporary rear extension that is one and a half storeys tall, built with matching materials and also featuring arched heads on its windows and doors. Notably, there is one reused 18th-century window with square-leaded panes in the west gable wall. This building is included for its group value.
