Description

Springvale is a house from the early 19th century, featuring two storeys and two windows. It is constructed of painted gault brick and has a pantiled roof with end chimneys made of gault brick. The house has sash windows that are topped with flat arches of gauged brick and small-pane sashes. The entrance door is a two-panelled design with an oblong fanlight above it. There is an early 19th-century open lattice-work porch that has a segmental-arched entrance and a swept hipped metal canopy with a finial. This building is included for its group value.
