Thatched House is an 18th-century house with one and a half storeys and attics, featuring a two-cell plan and a rear outshut. The building is timber-framed and rendered, showcasing attractive herringbone pargetting. It has a thatched roof with gabled casement dormers also thatched, and an axial chimney made of red brick. The house includes 20th-century small-pane casements set in the original frames and a 20th-century boarded entrance door.
