Description

The Rosery is an 18th-century house with one storey and attics, featuring a two-cell plan. It is constructed with a timber frame and plastered exterior, showcasing some original rough-cast plasterwork. The thatched roof has a central chimney made of red brick. The house includes early 20th-century small-pane casements and several glazed entrance doors. The 18th-century framing is fully exposed and incorporates significant reuse of oak members from 17th-century and earlier buildings. There are also single-storey extensions at the rear that date from the 19th and 20th centuries.
