Description

Old Cottage is an 18th-century cottage featuring a two-cell plan, standing one and a half storeys tall with attics. The structure is timber-framed and rendered, adorned with herringbone pargetting. It has a thatched roof complemented by carved 19th-century bargeboards, gabled casement dormers, and a central axial chimney made of red brick. The cottage includes 20th-century casements with leaded lights and a 20th-century gabled thatched entrance porch on the end wall, which has a boarded and battened door.
