Description

No. 32 High Street is a house and shop dating from the early 19th century, featuring a colour-washed brick front that conceals a 17th-century timber-framed core. The building is two storeys tall with an L-shaped plan and has a hipped roof covered in plain tiles. The shop front, added in the late 19th century, includes a recessed door. The remaining windows are small-paned sashes set in flush frames. The central entrance door is a six-panel design, framed by a doorcase with a moulded surround, a semi-circular head, and console brackets.
