Description
Clermont House and Bevys House are a pair of houses built in the early 19th century. They stand three storeys tall, with each house featuring two windows. Constructed from red brick, they have hipped roofs covered with slate and red brick chimneys. The houses have sash windows with broad stone architraves that have been altered; the original small-pane sashes at the front have been replaced with larger panes, although the smaller panes remain at the rear. Each house has a central entrance doorway with a six-panel led door that includes sunk and beaded panels, oblong fanlights, architraves, and a cornice supported by console brackets.
