Description

This is a churchyard monument, specifically a headstone, dating from the 18th century. It is made of Ketton stone and is very large in size. The stone features scroll and foliage designs along with a slightly bellied cartouche. The inscription is illegible. This description is based on a survey of monuments in the Great Churchyard conducted around 1960 by West Suffolk County Council.
