Description

This is a churchyard monument located in Bury St Edmunds, dating from 1837. It is made of Portland stone and serves as a tomb and headstone for Frances Robinson (1837), Joseph Mayhew (1846), Emma Mayhew (1836), and Henry Mayhew (1847). The monument features an interesting body-stone that is rounded, barrelled, and inscribed, making it the only example of this type in the Great Churchyard. It also has a plain headstone.
