Description

This is a mid 19th-century estate cottage located 300 metres north of Grove House on Heath Road in Sapiston. The cottage is two storeys high and constructed of rubble flint, featuring rusticated red brick quoins and dressings, topped with a black glazed pantiled roof. It has two chimney stacks, one situated on the rear wall.

On the south end, there is a three-light casement window on the ground floor, with two similar windows above, all adorned with arched tracery in the lights. The north end of the cottage is a slightly later addition, showcasing a three-light casement window on each storey, framed by an arched head. The entrance is marked by a plank door.
