Description

Holly House and Ivy Cottage are a pair of estate cottages built in the early 19th century. They are two stories high and have two-story outshuts at the rear. The cottages are constructed of red brick and feature black glazed pantiled roofs with fluted barge-boards. A central chimney-stack has a plain shaft. The front has a range of four two-light casement windows with traceried 'Gothic' heads. There are end doors that are accompanied by late 19th-century rustic timber porches. These cottages are included for their group value.
