Description
Shrublands is a house dating from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It has two storeys and features a timber-framed structure with a roughcast front, plain tiles, and red brick end chimney-stacks. There is a later red brick rear range. The house has three windows, which are late 19th-century sashes with small panes and flush frames. The central doorcase includes a six-panelled door with bolection-moulded panels, reeded jambs, and a rectangular fanlight that has traceried half-moon decoration, topped with a flat pediment.
