Description

Mere Farmhouse is a former farmhouse dating from the 17th century, which was restored around 1980. It has one and a half storeys and features a timber-framed structure that is rendered, with a pantiled roof. The building has one internal chimney and one end chimney, both of which have plain shafts. The gables are adorned with pierced scalloped barge-boards. There is an enclosed porch with a gabled slate roof. The ground floor has modern casement windows, and there are four gabled dormers with slate roofs, added in the 20th century.
