Description

This milestone, located on the southeast side of The Street, due east of The Forge, dates back to the 18th century. It is made of stone and has weathered significantly over time. The structure is a rectangular, slightly tapering shaft that stands about 3 feet high, featuring a shallow conical top and the remnants of pyramid stops at the corners. There are also illegible remains of directions on three sides.
