Description

East Side and West Side is an 18th century timber-framed and plastered house designed in an L-shaped plan. The north front features plastered panels, while the east front is faced in red brick. The building has one storey and attics, with a four-window range on the north front and a two-window range on the east front. It has casement windows with glazing bars. The thatched roof includes four gabled dormers on the north front and two gabled dormers on the east front. East Side and West Side, along with Brook Cottage, Willowbrook Cottage, The Dip of the Hill, and Springside, form a group.
