Willowbrook Cottage is an early 18th century timber-framed and plastered house. It has one storey and attics, with 20th century casement windows. The roof is thatched and features one dormer window. The cottage underwent renovations in the 20th century. Willowbrook Cottage, along with Brook Cottage, The Dip of the Hill, Springside, and East Side and West Side, forms a group.
