Description

No. 18 High Street is a timber-framed and plastered house, which was partly a shop. It features an early 19th century front and has a core that dates back to the late 15th century. The building has one and a half storeys on one side and two storeys on the other. The roof is covered with a mix of plain tiles and slates. On the left side, there is a late 19th century shop window and two flat-headed dormers with sliding sashes. The entrance includes a six-panel door. On the right side, there is an early 19th century shop window, while the rest of the windows are small-paned sashes set in flush frames. A modern door is also present. Inside, some timber framing is visible, along with a four-centred arched doorway.
