A row of 10 cottages. Early C19, but not all of one build. Walls in a random mixture of rubble flint and red brick headers; red brick surrounds to windows and doorways; plaintiled roofs. EXTERIOR: No.34 is 2-storey, with a higher roof-line than the rest of the row; Nos 36-46 have one storey and attics; Nos 48, 50 and 52 are single-storey. 6 chimney-stacks with plain red brick shafts, all internal except for No.34 which has an end stack. All ground-storey windows, which have segmental-arched heads, are blocked. Flat-headed dormers with rendered cheeks and 2-light casement windows to Nos 36-46. No.34 has 2 sash windows, with 2 vertical glazing-bars per light, in plain reveals, to the upper storey. 10 plain doors. INTERIOR: not inspected.
