Description

This is a house located at 13 Out Westgate in Bury St Edmunds, dating from the early to mid 19th century. It is constructed of white brick and features a slate roof with a widely spaced modillion-type eaves cornice.

The building has two storeys and a cellar, with a four-window range. One window above the entrance door is blocked, while the remaining windows have single vertical glazing bars, plain reveals, and moulded stone cornice lintels supported by stub brackets. There are two doorways; one features a four-panel door with a plain rectangular fanlight and panelled reveals, while the other, located at the south end, has a plain semicircular brick arch. Additionally, there is a recessed foot-scraper by the main door. The interior has not been inspected.
