Description
This is a house located at 15 Out Westgate in Bury St Edmunds, dating from the early 19th century. It is timber-framed and rendered, with shingles on the upper part of the west gable and red brick below. The roof is slate.
The house has two storeys and cellars, featuring a three-window range. The first storey has 12-pane sash windows in flush cased frames. On the ground storey, there are two sash windows, with a three-light window to the right of the central entrance door. Both ground floor windows have small panes in the upper sash and plate glass in the lower. The entrance features a six-panel door with a plain rectangular fanlight above it, framed by a doorcase with pilasters and a wide dentilled cornice. The interior has not been inspected.
