Description
Numbers 14 and 16 are a pair of semi-detached houses built in the early 19th century. They are constructed from flint with red brick dressings and have a plastered front. The houses feature a hipped slate roof with a wide eaves soffit.
The exterior consists of two storeys and a four-window range of 16-pane sash windows arranged in a 1:2:1 pattern, with the center section slightly projecting under a gable adorned with fluted bargeboards. There are two six-panel doors, each with a fanlight that has radiating glazing bars, set within recessed semicircular arches.
The interior has not been inspected. The garden is elevated above the road and is accessed by steps, with a low flint retaining wall topped with a plain brick coping.
