Description

Broadway House is a house that was likely built in two stages. The cross-wing on the left dates from the 15th or early 16th century, while the main range on the right contains a rebuilt hall from the 16th or 17th century. The house has two storeys and is constructed of timber framing with plaster. The wing features a jettied upper floor at the front, supported by four brackets, and has thatched roofs. There is an axial chimney made of red brick and 19th-century small-pane casements. Additionally, there is a thatched gabled open porch on posts located at the left-hand flank wall. The interior has not been examined.
