Description
Threeways is a house that dates back to the 16th century, with later alterations and additions, including restorations from the 20th century. The building is timber framed and plastered, with later brick additions. It features red plain tiled roofs, a jettied crosswing on the left, and a right range that is hipped with a gablet on the right. There is a front outshot to the left over a 20th-century porch and to the right over an extension. The house has a rear wing and includes left ridge and forward right chimney stacks on the right range. The crosswing is two stories high, while the right range is one story with an attic that has a gabled dormer. The crosswing has ground and first floor three-light mullions with side lights, some of which are original. The right range features 20th-century three-light casements and a 20th-century door.
