Description

Dunt Cottage is a house dating from the late 16th century to early 17th century. It is timber framed and plastered, featuring a colourwashed brick gable end on the right side. The cottage has a thatched roof and stands two storeys tall with attics. It follows a two-cell, lobby entry layout. The building has two windows, which are 19th-century casements with three lights; the ground floor windows are metal-framed and have cusped heads on the upper panes, along with wooden hood moulds. There is a mid-20th century gabled porch with a plank door and an internal stack. The interior has not been examined.
