Description

Waysmeet is a house dating from the late 17th century. It has a timber frame and is plastered, topped with a roof of glazed black pantiles. The building features a 2-cell layout with an end chimney. It stands at one and a half storeys high and has two windows, which are three-light casements with horizontal glazing bars. There are also two gabled dormers that have similar windows. The central entrance is a plank door. At the right gable end, the base of the chimney stack displays wrought iron initials 'D + G'. The interior has not been examined.
