1/138 Outbuilding about 40m II south of Lockleys

Originally probably a detached kitchen/brewhouse to Prospect Farm House (q.v.), latterly a dwelling, now a storage building for Lockleys (q.v.). C17 or early C18. Timber frame, plastered with painted sham timber frame. Thatched roof. Small 2 bays. 1 storey and attic. Boarded door to right of centre, to left a 2-light glazing bar casement and a small single light up to eaves. Left end external stack with offsets to narrow cap. Right end clay lump and brick pantiled lean-to outshut with a door to front, above a 2-light attic casement, exposed purlins. To rear 2 and 3-light glazing bar casements. Interior not inspected.
